I have a very dumb question.. when you are getting airfare for your cruise.. what is the name of the airport closest to Port Canaveral? Or the City to fly into?
You would fly into MCO which is Orlando International.
Some fly into Melbourne or Daytona, but many more flights are schedule into MCO so often the fares are cheaper and there are more flights to choose from.

That's how they are set up. The buses are painted for DCL and look classy like the ships do. The buses also have a video that gets you ready for the cruise. It ends a little while before you get to the port, but you can see the ship for the last couple of miles to help build the excitement. And with all of the other Disney Cruise people getting excited - you can't help but be happy and ready for the cruise.
If you don't have transfers on your reservation, you can call DCL and add them. I also believe that you can "walk up" to the DCL person at MCO and buy your transfer then and there.
