Airfare thru Disney

Has anyone ever purchased thier airfare from Disney with their package?

If yes, how is if different then from buying Delta directly? Same cancellation and change fees?

we bought airfare from disney in august because it was a package deal rt per person 129 roch-orlando, otherwise i usually look for the deals ahead of time, downside to disney airfare is that it is a paper ticket and if you need to change it , it is a pain

Our travel agent booked our flight thru Disney. It was cheaper than thru her agency.
