I booked our tickets through the US Air website about a month ago for $196.50 each. Just now, on the website, I see that the same exact flights are now selling for $168.50 each. Can I get a credit or anything if I call into customer service? I know this is probably a long shot, but I thought I'd ask and see. Thanks :)

I had booked the same flights out of PIT to MCO in August at 196.50 and noticed that the price had gone down. Thanks to the encouragement on these boards I called this past Sunday and customer service had no problem changing the price for me and issueing vouchers for the difference. Said they would be here in 7-10 days and had to be used one year from the purchase date. Hope this helps.

no you must contact the 800 nbr for the internet web sight not contact general customer svc they can't touch the internet ressies.

Thanks everyone. I will call tomorrow morning and see what happens.
