Airboat Rides !

We are considering booking an airboat ride at Boggy Creek Airboats on our next Orlando visit.

Anyone experienced this - How good do you rate It !


* Did you see any alligators
* How good was the ride


Does anyone know of other airboat centres in the surrounding vicinity which may be a better experience !

I do Boggy Creek airboats every time I'm in town and they are always a great thrill (and have the best safety record of any company in the area). Unless you go out during the hottest part of the day in summer months, you are almost certain to see gators and plenty of birdlife and the ride itself is great fun (like flying at ground level!). I have yet to hear from anyone who hasn't really rated their airboat experience very highly, even against the Disney parks (and no, they don't pay me to say so, either ).

My family would like to do this also...we're going to Orlando in 6 days! Does anyone know if they'll still be taking these since the water level is so low in the area?
