Air Tran Coupons

Does anyone have an airtran coupon they aren't able to use? I am flying airtran for the first time and never realized you have to PAY to select your seats. CRAZY. Anyway...it would save me $24 and I would be greatly appreciative. We are leaving July 31st 09 and coming home Aug 10th. I have been going to Disney every year since i was six (I am now 35) and I am still excited to now go with my kids I wish I would have read on here earlier about going through Kayak's site. That would have saved me the $24 I am looking to save since I already bought my tickets

One person on here reported getting an e-mail coupon, but that appears to be a very targeted promotion. I am not aware of any other coupons that have recently been sent out. Sorry. I personally don't mind paying the seat fee. Though I must ask to those who reserve through Kayak, can you still see your reservation in your online AirTran account. When I tested it once it doesn't appear to let you log in to your AirTran account, though I didn't go through all the steps.

Yep (at least in my case) I booked my flights for December through Kayak and was e-mailed my confirmation directly from AirTran and can look up my itinerary on their website.

any travel agent should be able to book it for you and get you free seats - i am a travel agent and really don't do much air anymore, but i will do that for friends and family to save them the cash. It's really not a big deal - if you can't find someone maybe I can help you. Send me a pm if you want.

I appreciate the offer. That was nice of you. I guess I will just suck it up and pay for everyone to have their seats assigned. I would have been nice to be able to save a few bucks. Now I know next time and will try to fly southwest. I have never had a problem with them and they are usually the cheapest around..for some reason except for this year.
