Air Tran changed flights

I just got off the phone with Air Tran. I called to confirm my flights for November. I talked to Brianna.
My flight from PHL to MCO is now an hour and 5 minutes earlier. No problem there.
However, my return flight was supposed to leave MCO at 4:05 pm non-stop to PHL.
They changed me to a flight leaving at 3:25 arriving in Atlanta at 4:56, leaving Atlanta
at 8:30 arriving in PHL at 10:27. A 3 1/2 hour lay over, when I had a non-stop.
So, I managed to change it to an earlier flight with a shorter lay over. It's not a direct flight though.
I asked when someone was going to call me about the changes. I got no response.
I didn't even get so much as a "Sorry for your inconvenience". She didn't even offer to fax the new ressie
to me. I had to ask for that. This is my first experience with Air Tran. I will go back to USAirways after this.
I don't care how cheap Air Tran is. I know we're supposed to be understanding because of the 9/11
disaster, but this p#%$%^# me off. I mean, they were never going to tell me, and Brianna couldn't care less.
Sorry, I just had to vent. This just ruined our last day at WDW.:mad:

I wouldn't hesitate to contact Air-Tran's Customer Service Dept. to register your complaint/concern over the handling of your reservation. I've flown with them numerous times, and only once have I had anything that would resemble a negative experience. I contacted them both by email, and telephone to register my complaint, and received a reply promptly. I found their CS dept. to be very willing to listen, and accomodate my needs. Don't give up on them totally--smaller carriers such as AirTran force the big players to remain price competitive in many markets. I hope that you're able to receive some satisfaction!
 
After waiting 3 hours for the fax, I called AirTran back and spoke to Clarence.
I let him know I was not very happy with his company right now, and I asked him what he could do for me.
To keep this short, Clarence offered me a non-stop from MCO to PHL leaving 2 hours earlier
than my original flight. He also faxed the new itinerary in 5 minutes. Plus he corrected the spelling of my name in their system.
It's nice to know they have someone there who cares about their customers. But I shouldn't have had to go through what I did to fix this.
Now I just hope AirTran doesn't make any more changes to my flights.
