Air Miles for Disney Tickets

Disney will give you full value of the airmiles tickets - if you go in the park first! We always go to a park and on our way out I go to guest services and upgrade the tickets to what we need. That way they don't have a marked down discounted price - you never know what price airmiles paid for them.

So then do you upgrade from child to adult at your resort or at the park gates, then go to guest services on your way out of the park to upgrade for more days?

The Park Hoppers I just bought from Airmiles have a $ amount printed on the back of them. This is the value they will credit you with when you upgrade. I plan to upgrade to a Deluxe Annual Pass after I have used the included Early Entry day.
I am not sure, however, that a Child's ticket can be upgraded to an Adult ticket?

thanks. I think i may just buy 5day base and then add on park hopper. Do you get a actual ticket through airmiles( the same as at the park)? or is it a paper voucher that you redeem?

Kind of OT....but sometimes if you watch AM they will offer Disney tickets as a "Deal of the Week" or special reduced AM. We got them last year and I think they were 350 less AM at the time. Not sure when this happens though.

Obviously this won't work if you are an adult and you redeemed for a child pass wanting to upgrade to an adult pass.....

Can you tell us what the amount is that is printed on the back of your ticket?

I'm looking at ours from last year and there is no price on the back, just the date we redeemed for them and the "Expires 14 days from first use" slogan.
