Air Miles Canadian Resident Tickets

Seeing as how we can never seem to get flights from our Air Miles, we were thinking of using them for our park tickets! For our trip, we are looking at doing the following days (with two adults and a three year old):
-- 4 days at DisneyWorld (1 per park)
-- 1 day Park Hopper at Universal (just the adults, lo will stay with grandparents)
-- 1 day at Volcano Bay
-- 1 day at SeaWorld
-- 1 night at MNSSHP

Air Miles is only giving us the options of five day or seven day Magic Your Way tickets. We really have no need for the fifth day though, especialy because we'll be getting extra MK time at the Halloween party. If it was possible to substitute it for Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon, we would and then skip Volcano Bay. Anyone know if that is a possibility?

Sorry, it's a case of what you see is what you get with those tickets. That's all they have received from Disney to "sell" The only option open to you is if you are an ONYX member and then you could ask about Personal Shopper BUT that tends to be stupid $$$
