Las Vegas Air Conditioned Attractions

We are visiting Vegas for several days in 2 weeks. Hadn't planned on going in the heat of the summer, but that is just how things worked out. We have a son who has special needs, so we plan to hang out at the pool quite a bit, but I'm wondering about family-friendly things to do that are indoors. I have seen that there is an aquarium, Children's museum, etc. Any recommendations about where to go or even where to avoid would be appreciated!
