Is Air Canada Rouge really that bad? I have read so many bad reviews, is it worth it to save a little bit of money?

Hi we flew on them this past March. I am not a big guy 5ft 9, was very uncomfortable in the seat. No snacks, no seat TVs have to pay to hook into the entertainment system. Flight crew very young, they were friendly. Flight was on time. We will not book on them again. Its too bad but they are doing all the Toronto to Orlando flights now.

Most uncomfortable flight that I have ever been on. Since Airmiles uses A/C that seems to be what I always get

Yes it's that bad. Horrible seats, very tight and not much reduction in price. Not to mention the awful flight time out of YYZ. Really, 6:30 am? That means being at the airport at about 4:30am. Makes for an awful first day with over tired and cranky family. We only used AC in the past but they've driven us to book Westjet this trip. No wonder AC is suffering and frankly I'd recommend stay far away from AC Rouge and AC in general.

1) I think our luggage had a better flight than we did.
2) AC is your basic, REALLY BASIC, air transport.
. . . no frills
. . . no food
. . . no comfortable seating
. . . no nothing
3) If money is the true issue/hinderance, than use them.
4) But, remember, you get what you pay for . . .
