Very true I live in a place travel is insane but I don't have shopping options so more suitcase space makes my morning.

As great as this is...I just flew 2 and a half weeks ago with AC and had to pay $26 for the extra bag. They couldn't have changed this BEFORE I flew?!

I've got to laugh !
AC also announced that it will be rolling its fuel surcharges into the fare.
This is supposed to be better for us !!!

Further, Air Canada is making its pricing more transparent by removing add-on fuel surcharges for flights within North America and instead adjusting its base fares to cover the total cost of fuel.

These initiatives are made possible by the recent relief from all-time high oil prices and even though fares will remain dynamic, Air Canada is committed to everyday low prices and will continue to match the lowest fares in the marketplace.


At least Westjet are completely removing the surcharge.
AC sure have a nerve sometimes with the stupid things they do !
