Glad to hear DD was ok from the crash, but I'll bet she'll have to watch her steps around you?!
I once accidently reversed into our garage door (was busy looking elsewhere) and I didn't even realise I'd damaged it til hubby went into the garage later and noticed I'd knocked it out of its runner things on one side
It didn't make that big a noise.
As everyone says you'll be laughing about it soon enough
