Just in case its not obvious, I am obsessing over making sure we get this first trip right!! And driving my DW crazy, I might add....:headache:

If we all wear gym style shorts and tshirts for comfort will we:

1. Look like hoosiers? (no offense Indiana'ns) :)

2. Find ourselves freezing once nightime hits (we leave in just over a week :woohoo: )?

You will look fine. Honestly, no one else will care. Although, you may want a few cuter outfits for pictures maybe.

You may freeze. The weather really varies. Some days in the winter ican be very warm and sometimes it's freezing. I would definitely bring some jeans and a heavy sweatshirt or fleece for each person. You really don't want to be cold and miserable when you should be enjoying your trip.

I totally agree. brings some pants and a sweatshirt for everyone. we went in october once and we had three days of particular chilly weather. my fiance said not to bring a sweatshirt for him and that he's used to the cold(he works outdoors all year as a valet attendant and we live in CT). we ended up shelling out 50$ for a sweatshirts at EPCOT for him. guess he's not that used to the cold!:lmao:

don't worry about looking like a "hoosier" as you put it. you will be fine. i ate at garden grill and my white shirt had a huge stain on it and i looked like such a scumbag.:rotfl:
have fun!!!!!!:)

No one will care about what you are wearing, but as the pp said, you might care later when you're looking at your pictures, especially if you buy any photopass pics. We just got back and a few of the days we were there we actually made the effort to coordinate our outfits a little bit - nothing fancy, we just wore the same color shirts - and later when I was looking at the pics in our photopass account, I thought it really did make a difference. We usually don't make the effort but I think on future trips I'll try harder to do that. It's only dh, ds and I to coordinate though. :)

I just checked the 10-day forecast and the temps are supposed to drop into the 50's at night. We just got back and the weather was nice enough to not need a jacket for 9 days straight. The last day it was in the 50's although the wind made it feel even colder. I was glad we had brought our coats for when we flew home, because we wore them. I would recommend bringing at least one pair of pants per person (if not two), just in case.
