I didn't catch that you had another adult who can act as a FP runner over to the other park; in that case, I'd still enter DL and grab Hyperspace first, then send someone over to DCA for RSR.

I have a question, how is it that you can send someone over to the other park to get FP? In my experience, FPs can only be issued to tickets that have been scanned at the front gate. Is that not true? So if Dad runs over to DCA, he could get a FP for himself, but wouldn't be able to use the others tickets since they have not entered that specific park. Right?

You don't have to be scanned in to that particular park for the day, just one of them. You can all go to DL and then send someone to DCA for fast passes just fine.

Once a PH ticket is used at 1 park it can get FP at both parks. So as long as everyone has entered DL, someone can take their tickets to DCA to get FP.
