AH for lunch or ?

I'm trying to decide what we should do for 1 more sit down meal. We're setup for CP for breakfast already, and going to just go with the flow most of the time. But I feel that just one more dining experience would really make the kids trip perfect.

Currently I setup an AH res. for late lunch early dinner, but looking at the menu, not sure I'm as thrilled about it with the hugely vast amount of options already available at the many different countries in Epcot to choose from. We've done CMC in the past also and love it, but want something new. Any suggestions? Thanks all!

Biergarten has an oom pah pah band, most kids also enjoy Teppan Edo.

Our family never does TS for lunch (or breakfast for that matter) but we are not big eaters and a big meal slows us down too much. We enjoy eating at WDW but it s still not our main focus.
