Only these boards understand the pressure going into making dinner/lunch choices!!! :) We love the Blue Lagoon and atmosphere. Our family just falls into the mellow, we are in the Caribbean vibe, but I have always wanted to try the Agrabah, too! Can't decide....... And can't do both b/c we are definitely doing Walts on Thursday to celebrate American Thanksgiving and hopefully watch the parade go by. :)

Oh, and does anyone know if Blue Lagoon is offering the lunch express menu this Friday, the 23rd?

Well i have been many times before at this time of year and not once has agrabah been open so u may not even get the choice! x

Recently read someone saying it was so cold in Agrabah that they kept their coats on whole meal! I have never been in but does it seem to be a bit open/tented so maybe loses heat?

Blue Lagoon is lovely and warm - which is a bonus in the cold imo. :thumbsup2

Agrabah is closed Mon/Tues out of season but it's true that it can be draughty depending on where you are seated...but..so can BL. Many people complain about cold food and seating in there in winter.

I love Agrabah and will be eating there next week. BL is too uneven for me and especially if you are eating at Walt's :goodvibes

When we went in June it wasn't too warm outside (I had been in a fleece & hoodie!) but it was warm in BL - but yes, I can see Carrie's point - I suppose as it's quite an open building, it probably can get draughty. If you are near the water (which we were) it might not be too bad.

RE the express menu - it never seems to be on display these days (wasn't in June and others say the same), just ask the waiter for it. They should be able to bring it out.

Blue Lagoon is by far the better setting but Agrabah by far the better food!

Oh no....we really want to eat at Agrabah...I don't want it to be cold. :worried:

If you are seated in the front part and you think it's draughty ask to move further back, I've never had a bad table yet

Next week isn't going to be cold as much as it's going to be damp and overcast all the time.

A lot of the c/s restaurants get drafts due to their design with the numerous entrances/exits that people tend to leave open

Thank you! That makes me feel more confident that we won't freeze our rears off...lol...we were going to go to Agrabah for our Thanksgiving dinner, but decided we'd save it for another day. :upsidedow

I love both ..... but seeing as you've been to the Blue Lagoon before then I'd say choose Agrabah. If you find it's not open then the choice will be made for you!

I'm sure you'll have a great time wherever you eat - I know the Blue Lagoon does seem a bit hit and miss but we've always been very lucky. :goodvibes
