I was on hold for 30 minutes. I just hung up and called back on the 800 number, I hope it's not another 30 minutes. My co-workers think I'm nuts...

I'm going to cry if I don't get something.

I know the feeling! And I know this probably won't make you feel better but just keep at it! I actually wound up waiting for an hour and seven minutes... LOL

I'm at work though. I can't be on the phone all day. They don't care about 20 minutes or so, but after that they start to ask questions...

But I wont be home till 6 pm. There is NO way there will be anything left after then.

I'm giving up on my hopes for upgrading to AKL at this point. I suspect that there's nothing left.

I'll be happy if I just get rates for Pop. My airfare is already booked. I'm traveling on airline vouchers. I can't change my dates. :(

Hang in there...

A lot of folks did not realize that Disney adjusted seasons, so rates are higher this year (many value dates are now regular season). I bet there will be a number of cancellations today when people do not get rates as low as they expected.

Good luck!

Just to let you know I used the 800# called at 7:10 and just got off about 10 min. ago.

I been trying to get through on various phones and phone #'s since 7:10!! I hung up a phone call that was on hold for 1 hour 50 minutes! My current phones, one has been on hold 30 minutes, the other 12. Not looking good. :(

i just called the 800 number and was hold for maybe five minutes. unfortunately, standard WL rooms were unavailable for my dates. guess i'll try again in a few days and hope for a cancellation.

Sending some pixie dust your way! :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard:
Best of luck getting what you want! Don't give up! :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

I was going to be right there with you. I emailed Sue Ellen to thank her for letting me know about the code; so I could call this morning. She was so sweet and said she would take care of it for me. So, I emailed her all my information. DH has a conference at the end of April at the Beach Club. His company won't go that high on a room. I am hoping to have a mini vacation!
Sue Ellen has gone above and beyond for us!

According to the 2004 Passporter :
"2004 Disney resort cost seasons are as follows:
Value Season is Jan.1-Feb.11 (all), Jul.5-Sep.29(deluxe and home-away). Sep.1-29 (value and moderate), Oct. 31-Dec.18 (all); Regular Season is Apr.18-Jul.4 (deluxe and home-away), Apr. 27-Aug.28 (value and moderate), Sep.30-Oct.30(all); Peak Season is Feb. 12-Apr. 17 (all); Pre-Holiday is Nov.19-Dec.19 (Ft. Wilderness only); and Holiday Season is Dec. 20-31 (all)."

It looks that that left 8/29, 30 and 31 as no season at all? Or did I miss something?

I've been on hold on the 800 number for over 30 minutes?

What numbers did you press?
