ages for play clubs

I read the ages for the play clubs are four and over but I was wondering if there would be a problem with putting my daughter in one? she won't be 4 until the week after I get home from wdw. Are they really strict about it? How do you prove their age?

As long as she is potty trained.....I would just say
that she is 4.....

Of course your child might say....no I'm 3

They are strict because their state license is for age four and up. If they ask your daughter and she says three, they will not let her stay.

I wouldn't risk it.

You can get Kids Night Out or Fairy Godmothers to come right to your room.

Yes, they are indeed strict about the ages (max and min). I'd just use in-room babysitting instead.

i've *heard* (and don't quote me on it) that they may let a 3 year old in depending on how unbusy they are.

the key is that the ratio of caregivers:children is higher for 3 year& below than it is for 4 and above in florida.

but she'd have to be potty trained either way

1) The minimum age is four.
2) Please do not try to get around it.
3) There are state licensing and insurance issues.
4) Please play by the rules.

EDIT: Just called my buddy at the Cubs Den at Wilderness Lodge. I found out that if your child gets hurt or injured while at the kids club, the insurance or WDW will not cover her since it covers only 4 year olds and older. Also, you will have the Dickens of a time suing, because you lied about her age. In one case she remembered, they took a child to Urgent Care, and the parents had to pay for the bill, since the girl was under age.
