Age and Character Disign?

Two years ago a disigner made me a big number (for the age) with a character next to the number and the name under it. Does anyone know who this would be or is there someone who could do it? Thanks for any help!!

I found the old post....it was cutiesnana that did the age disigns. Is she still disigning....or can anyone else make them? Thanks!
