AFV Club - change our week?

Not sure if anyone has any experience with this, but since customer service is closed, figured I would try here! My DH just found out that he'll be on duty when we were supposed to be in FL in the fall. I know we can get a full refund based on the military contingency, but I'm wondering if AFV Club has ever let anyone just swap their week? This week booked is part of their last BOGO sale, and we'd rather just bump it to a week later rather than get a refund.
