Afternoon Tea

Does any of the hotels or maybe Walts do an afternoon tea (for adults)?

It isn't a traditional afternoon tea, but the bar in the Disneyland Hotel does a nice selection of afternoon sandwiches, tea and small cakes. I can't think of anywhere in DLRP that does a traditional afternoon tea.
