Afternoon Tea at the Disneyland Hotel ??

I read somewhere that the Disneyland Hotel offers afternoon tea packages. Is this correct or is is afternoon cocktails??? (prefefr the latter!!)

We going for our 4th visit taken advantage of the 2 nights free winter offer so are at DLP for longer than usual and would like to try something different

No, it overlooks Fantasia Gardens at the front of the hotel.

We went to Sunday Brunch at Inventions last weekend and when we left (at 3pm) Cafe Fantasia was open and although I didn't notice anyone having the afternoon tea (I was trying to look without gawping ) there were plenty of people sipping cocktails.
