One other thing, you mentioned that you do not have an associates yet. While it is great that you want a career at Disney, even full time, you will barely get more than minimum wage in the type of job you will have. It is very competitive to get the wonderful salaried or better paying jobs at Disney, and typically the basic requirement is a degree and/or experience. While the cp counts as experience with the company, working f & b does not count as experience in web design. It will be a great struggle, I think, to move up and over in the company from a min wage position without meeting the basic requirements (by the way, not only are there basic requirement, there are usually also desired qualifications as well). There are always hundreds of applicants, and not meeting the basic requirements will not get you even an interview. However, with that said, Disney is huge on networking, so if your managers are confident in your abilities and have seen some of your other work, they may be able to help you out, but again, without meeting those basic requirements it is going to be a long shot. With all that said, if you are only looking for a full time role making $7.00 and not much chance of growing from there, you can do it without a degree. My advice would be to continue with your schooling and apply for a professional internship when you are a junior or senior in your area; that way you will be working in the area you ultimately want a job in and will have wonderful opportunities to network and show off your talents to the people you hope will one day hire you for full time. Just my two cents
