After Surge Guard pops, What next

Have you been in a site that the Surge would not stay on because of open Neutral, or other problems, than did you move, they repaired it. Probably not at the Fort but just wondering about what options you have

did not have a surge gaurd pop, but pulled into my site pre tested the 50A with no issue. But once I plugged in their breaker kept popping. I called the front desk and they sent a service truck up to my site. He said if they could not fix it they would find my another location. He was able to fix the problem and went an extra step to replace the outlet as well as "he didnt like the look of it"

We had a similar issue once that was fixed the same way, tech was there in 15 minutes after calling.

My parents kept popping a breaker at the fort. They called the front desk and they sent a service truck over. He ended up replacing the whole box, and everything worked fine when he was done.

I am sure a lot of the infrastructure has been upgraded since but when the fort was built no one ever heard of a camper using 50A service. A lot has changed and I am sure its been a struggle to keep up. Its not like Disney throws money at their cash cow all the time.
