Is it right that all the theme parks will not be all that busy after this bank holiday weekend?

If so, would getting on the main rides in all attractions be easy and would we have to wait longer than 15-20 minutes for them in queues?

Busch Gardens is a bit of concern, so much to see and do - but waiting forever in queues is unlikely unless we return for another day during our vacation.

Hi,

Yes, in September the parks are about as empty as you'll ever see them.

That is not to say that you will be the only one there, or that you will be able to walk on everything. But crowds will be low.

The "big-ticket" attractions will always have longer lines than the others, so 15-20 minute--and more--waits are still possible. but if you arrive at the parks when they open and use FastPass wisely, you will minimize your waiting times.

Cheers,

Great!

We've been to Euro-Disney around that time of year and haven't had too many problems. Queueing up for Thunder Mountain only for 15 minutes tops.

Funny enough, the wife and I managed to get on the R&R Rollercoaster at the Disney Studios five times in a row within the space of 15 minutes.

We were there mid-September last year. We rarely had to wait for any ride. Even Soarin. Never used a fast pass at all. It was very, very hot though.

We had to take pictures of Canada and Englad in Epcot to show we were the only people in that section earlier one day. We were pleasantly surprised.

How hot is hot for that time of year?

It's almost 38c here today in London.

We are used to scorching temperatures! :rotfl2:

No, honest, I haven't been drinking - over the past few weeks we are experiencing many a sunny and hot day.

Average high in early September is about 33C, but realistically you can expect daily highs to be between 30 and 36C, with an abundance of humidity!

I went for Labor Day week in 1999, and it was not crowded at all. The most we had to wait was 15 minutes for any ride. But the heat and humidity...UGH. I can handle the heat, since I'm cold all the time, but it was so bad that I often would just go on a ride, ANY ride, to escape the heat.
