After hours questions

We are thinking about doing the after hours event on May 19th. Two quick questions:

1. Will the tickets be put on our magic bands/online account? Or will we need to go to will call the day of?

2. I know we can get in at 7pm, but I have seen a couple of posts where people are saying you can get in at 4? Does anyone have first hand knowledge of being able to get in at 4?

1. When you buy over the phone they give you a confirmation # to link to your MDE which would enable you to make fast pass reservations for the regular park hours (since you can get in at 7). However they told me when I bought I had to go to will call to get the tickets activated since I bought them with the AP discount (had to show ID and card). I did this in advance (since we arrived several days prior) but not sure what would happen if I had not.
2. Not sure if they are admitting people at 4 but everyone tells you 7 for sure.

I had to go to will call, I was also using AP discount. I did have a guest service rep in MK city hall tell me directly that I could get in at 4 pm.
