We did EP AH two days ago, and overall we had a good time. The main goal was to enjoy the food and drinks in World Showcase, then ride Guardians a couple of times. We were able to enter the world showcase entrance at 6:45, which was a pleasant surprise. It was fun eating and drinking until the fireworks.
Immediately after the fireworks, we rode Soarin’ and Figment as walk ons. We then headed to Guardians and waited about 25. After that, we waited less than 10 for Mission Space, then hit a snag at Test Track. About 20 minutes in, it broke down, which added an extra 15 minutes or so to our wait. After that, we headed back to Guardians with a 50 minute posted wait time, which was exactly what we waited. They initially ran both sides, but it seems right around when we got toward the line near the boarding area, they started running just the right side. That slowed things down majorly.
By the time we exited, it was 1:15 so time to go. We never made it back to the back of the park, which was our sacrifice to get Guardians in one last time.
There was plenty of popcorn/drinks to be had right around Spaceship Earth and Mission Space. And the dj was fun.
Overall, we got done what we wanted to. It was nice to avoid the heat, but I wouldn’t recommend this to friends and wouldn’t pay for an EP AH event again.
