After Early Entry, Can you leave WWOHP either way?

OK. I've read that when it's busy early entry guests usually are directed to the right to get to WWOHP and that later, day guests are directed left.
Do they not allow any more entrance on the right hand side during that time, or do they just check for resort keys? Also when we want to leave WWOHP to go to other attractions, do we have to leave through any particular exit or can we go through either one?

We left either way. If you exit through Jurassic park, you will most likely see the huge line still waiting to get in. Lost Continent and Suess landing were empty because everyone was still in WWOHP or waiting to get in to it.
