After Dark events: park hopping beforehand?

I have bought tickets for the June 13 and 15 Pride events, and I’m thinking of not buying regular park tickets that day. If I want to go to California Adventure during the “mix in” pre-party time, is that allowed or do DL After Dark tickets apply strictly to Disneyland park only?
