We passed ROFR on 6/3, took a bit to get closing documents(fidelity/first american) but now are just waiting on sellers to sign closing documents and get notarized(japan sellers and they have an appointment at us embassy 7/29). Just wondering how long after closing documents are completed before we hear from disney/get points. I know it varies but just wondering what peoples thoughts are. We were hoping to book a family trip in January, but now that things have been taking longer to get to this point then I thought they would i'm getting nervous that we wont be able to get a room(s).
