After closing on a resale contract does Disney send documents?

After a loooonngggg resale purchase we have closed on our 70 point BWV contract! (Offer in Feb, couldn't close until Nov) Everything has gone smoothly and the points are in my account, whoo-hoo!!
My question is, this is our 3rd contract but our first resale and I'm just wondering if they send any paperwork directly from Disney... and if they do, when should I expect it?

We didn't get anything from Disney on a resale purchase.

You won't receive anything in the mail except a letter saying "as a resale purchaser, you do not receive member extras" and your website activation code. The other documents are online.

Technically the person that you bought from should provide you with the documents but with resale it never happens.
