After 4:00 tickets

I saw something about Epcot after 4:00 season tickets.

Do they sell reduced price 1 day tickets after a certain time during the day to Epcot or any of the other parks?

Some convention packages include tickets for entry into any one park after a certain time of day, but there are no single-day tickets available to the general public that offer a reduced rate for later entry.

The Epcot After 4 pass is available only to Florida residents.

DisneyQuest sometimes offers half-price admission after 10pm.
