Does anyone know which of the DD hotels would be able to accomodate an air mattress/Aero Bed twin size in the room?
I saw this question posted on the WDW resort board, and thought I would ask the same question here. We may be staying at one of the DD hotels in January.
Thanks,

I had posted an answer to this on the Resort Board and can also say that I think a twin would fit ok in the Hotel Royal Plaza. I thought that hotel was nice. They were remodeling when we stayed about 4 years ago. I probably remember the room more because we videotaped it. If I remember correctly I want to say you can move the table and chairs and maybe fit the bed by the window that way.

Thanks for the response. We do have ressies at the HRP but may change back to a WDW resort depending on the rates.
With two children in very expensive colleges in the Northeast. budget is everything!
Thanks again,

Hi,

I don't know when your trip is planned but I'm going down in July and when I was checking rates I found a AAA rate of about $125 per night at the Doubletree (the one in Downtown Disney) for a suite. I was looking for 2 adults and 2 teens. They had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed.

I ended up booking two rooms at the Grosvenor. I got an entertainment rate of $55 for a wing room. I originally booked two rooms. Since then it's turned into an adults only trip. I never checked the entertainment rate at the Doubletree.
