We've been on both 7-day cruises.
In Key West, because we'd never been there before, we did the
Old Town Trolley Tour. It gives you an idea of what Key West is about. You have on and off privileges whereas with the Conch Train you don't. After the Trolley Tour we walked along Duvall Street, got a piece of Key Lime Pie, bought some souvenirs, then went back to the ship. It was extremely hot when we were there!
In Grand Cayman -- go to Stingray City. You can book with
Captain Marvin's or
Captain Bryan. Of course, you can always book through Disney if you are hesitant about booking with an independent company. I was a little squeamish about swimming with the stingrays but it is truly a once in a lifetime experience and am sooo glad I did it!
In Cozumel: The first time we were in Cozumel we did the
Jungle Jeep Tour. We had a blast on this and our three boys rated it "Better than Indiana Jones"!!! The second time we were in Cozumel we booked the 3 Reef Snorkel with
Eagle Ray Divers. This was, without a doubt, the best snorkeling excursion we've been on!! We've never seen so many fish and the place we stopped for lunch was great. I recommend either of these two excursions.
