Advice re dinner and the EL parade

I will be at MK Dec. 3rd Sat which is a Christmas Parade taping day, and the Electric Light parade is that night at 9pm. Do I eat at Crystal Palace at 7:20pm or at 3:40pm? I'll be at DHS during the morning and afternoon in order to avoid the crowds re the parade. My concern is that 7:40 is to late if I want to watch the EL parade, although I don't want to line up for an hour either lol! Thanks !

I was wondering on this too...the EL parade will be the night that we do MK anyway so I was wondering if it might just be better to do a Lunch ADR and then CS that night and take our food "to go" so to speak while we nab a spot for the parade?

It does sound like the better plan doesn't it? I am worried because it's a Saturday and they will be taping the Christmas parade that day that it will be a crowded nightmare on MS when I get there at maybe, 3pm? Still might be better to brave that then feeling nervous re: the parade during dinner? I haven't seen the EL parade in years and I love it !
