Ive seen a lot about Wyndam but when I look at those to rent they seem to be for around 8. That would have us needing atleast 3. So what I would like to know is what resort/housing areas are near the parks and preferably with transportation to WDW. We would like to rent atleast 2 homes that sleep 10+. Ive seen many nice places but Im not sure which areas are closest to WDW and hopefully have transportation and nice pool/play areas.

Thank you for any assistance.

10+ would probably require you to rent a single family home, and a large one at that. Not cheap. There are some places that have 3 bedroom villas, but they usually sleep 8, maybe 10 if you are cozy type people.

I would use something like VRBO to search for what you're looking for. There are two pockets of very heavy concentrations of rental homes/condos near WDW. They are both along Rt. 192, which runs east/west across the southern side of WDW. There is one to the southeast of WDW and one to the southwest. Most of the rental places are within 1-2 miles of Rt. 192 and within 15 minutes of the WDW entrance. Both areas have very nice places to stay. We prefer the southeast side, but have stayed on the southwest side too.

Ive been looking at some of the rental neighborhoods listed in another post. Its hard to know all the amenities of each. I really want a resort style and transportation to the parks so that rental cars are not needed by all.

Wyndham Bonnet Creek has 4 bedroom condos that sleep 12. You could rent 2 of those and have all theamenities you could wish. They have 2 master suites with king size beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds in each, 4 bathrooms and large living area with full kitchen and full size washer & dryer.

KristinU those were amazing places  but we will have to wait till we win the lottery! Nice

My concern with the Wyndam properties is that we will in too many locations. I think we would need 3 of those and that might not give us enough together time.

sorry most houses are owned by people not corporations or big hotels - so free transportation pretty sure you are not going to find.

would either stay with Wyndham bonnet creek or go with Double tree suites at Disney springs. now pretty sure that Wyndham will charge for the bus

double tree does not - but they share with the other hotels on their side of the road for their bus.
