Hi everyone! I am new to the Dis. I have been lurking and learning for the last couple of months. I never knew that people regularly booked ADRs so far in advance. I have been to Disney around 12 times with my family and a few other times with friends, and I have never made an ADR. I guess we just got incredibly lucky every time!

I am planning our honeymoon for this June and have been using this board to help me choose the restaurants we will dine at. I am trying to go to mostly new restaurants that I haven't tried. My fiance has only been to Disney once-- he visited the Magic Kingdom in the early 80s when he was too young to remember-- so I have been named the official Disney tour guide/ leader.

I would appreciate any advice or suggestions regarding my ADR list/ schedule since I haven't done this before.

We are staying at the Swan. We are not big breakfast people, and plan to only do breakfast when we're doing CS lunches & dinners.

Saturday
arrival day-- lunch on the Boardwalk or in Swan or Dolphin (haven't decided where-- suggestions?)
dinner at Jiko

Sunday
MGM day (Star Wars Weekends)
breakfast at Spoodles
counter service lunch and dinner

Monday
Epcot day
lunch at Rose & Crown
dinner at Coral Reef

Tuesday
swimming/ mini golf day
lunch at Beaches & Cream
Spirit of Aloha dinner show

Wednesday
Magic Kingdom day
breakfast at Kona Cafe
counter service lunch
turkey legs for dinner

Thursday
DisneyQuest/ Downtown Disney day
lunch at Cheesecake Factory
dinner Downtown somewhere (suggestions?)
drinks at Jellyrolls in the evening

Friday
Animal Kingdom day
counter service lunch
late dinner at BlueZoo or Shula's (or somewhere else entirely? Maybe Cali Grill? advice?)

Saturday
return Downtown for last minute shopping
counter service lunch
depart

Thanks in advance! :)

Congratulations! I think your plan sounds like a good one. I would recommend fitting California Grille in somewhere, especially since you are going to be on your honeymoon.

I don't really have a TS DTD recommendation but for counter service we like Wolfgang Puck Express and Earl of Sandwich. Had planned to try Wolfgang Puck's TS on our next trip but after the recent reviews here, I may end up changing my mind!

I think you did a great job! Just the right amount of TS and CS!

My neice stayed at the Dolphin during her honeymoon back in October and she mentioned that they ate at the Dolphin Soda Fountain place a few times, for good sandwiches and burgers. Much better prices than at Picabu, she said. You could do lunch here on your arrival day.

Congrats on your wedding!
