Advice on sleeping arrangements?

I have a 17 yo DS & 15 yo DD, they want to take girlfriend & boyfriend on trip. An offsite condo would probably be best, but they want to stay on property. (It's son's senior trip, so I'm letting him call the shots)

DH is going too. Am I resigned to 2 rooms, one for boys, one for girls with hubby & I split?

I've looked at the suits and cabins, but can't find anything with the right combination. Not all resorts show floor plans, so I'm not sure what's available. (I think there's a house at GF, but that's way off budget. )

Anyone else had this experience?

Have you thought of maybe renting points for one of the DVC resorts? You could get a two bedroom villa with points for less than paying cash direct to Disney.

I would suggest two rooms, adjoining. You could put you and DH in one bed, the girls in the other, and the boys in the other room. I have DS17 and DD16 and that's what we would do. You could even do this at a Value and have two bathrooms!!

Why not try the ASMu family suites. You can put the boys in the front room and rent 1 regular room for the girls. This way you and Dh have time alone and still be able to keep your eye on the teens. Disney will charge you for all those extra adults in the room anyway.2nd choice rent DVC points and take a 2bedrooom

The Family suites at ASMu will sleep 6 and there is no extra charge for more than 2 adults (doesn't effect you as you have 4 teens). Look at the WDW FAQ Sticky there are lots of picturess of the layout and you may find a post where someone gives their opinion on the suite with 4 teens. I stayed there with DH, DD6 DD16, DDBF17 and it worked well.

We are renting points this year and it was a good deal for us. We have 6 people going, Me, DH, DMIL, DM, DS,&DD and other than my DH and no one is sharing a bed! Hop on over to the DVC boards and check into it.

The sofa folds out for two. The chair and ottoman also also fold out into twin beds and will each sleep one person.

Family Suite info;

DH and I stayed in a Family Suite at All Star Music ( a value resort) in Sept. of 2006.

We really enjoyed the Queen size bed, the kitchenette with the microwave, having a sofa and cushioned chair to sit on and relax after a day at the parks before retiring for the evening.

I thought the pullouts very comfortable.

They are designed so the back cushion and seat cushion of the pullout support the pullout. There is no metal bar to hurt the sleepers back.

Here is the layout of the Family Suites:

They:

-Sleep up to 6 (plus one child under age 3 in a Pak-n-Play crib)
-Studio amenities and separate sleeping areas giving more privacy than a standard room.
-Queen bed, full-size pullout sofa, convertible ottoman & chair sleepers (4 separate sleepers)
-Private master bedroom and family room have 27” flat CRT TV and high speed internet access.
-Kitchenette with microwave, small refrigerator (4.3 cu. ft) and coffee pot
-Two-full bathrooms
