Advice On Loancare servicing Center

I would like to know if anyone has had problems with their mortgage company of Loancare servicng center. I have had them for 3 months and they processed my payment and didn't post it to my mortgage for 7 days and now want me to pay 60.04 in late fees. My credit union is faxing them information that the payment was indeed processed by them on the date they removed my money out of my acct.

Who is your loan servicer? You may want to Google their name and see if this is a common practice. I'm with Wells Fargo and have never had a problem like this.

Its Loancare servicing Center.

Oh duh. Sorry. I didnt realize that was the company name. I did google them and couldn't find any complaints. Perhaps it was just an isolated error. I hope that they wave the fee once you show proof of payment. Good luck!
