Advice on hotel please!!

I am planning a quick trip with my 2 DD's and DGS(3). We would like a 2 room suite so DGS can have a place to sleep without being disturbed. WE need a to be within walikng distance or maybe a shuttle. My main concern is that the room is CLEAN!!! Dirty hotel rooms gross me out!!!!! Anyway if someone could give me a recommendation that would be awesome...TIA Julie
