Hi,
We're arriving the afternoon of June 7. It is my DD 7, and DS 9 first trip to Disneyworld. I would like to make it memorable for them. Which days would be the least busy for the parks. My mother is also coming along on the trip. I need some advice and strategies to make sure everyone has a good time. I don't want to rush the kids through the parks. Was thinking of spending 2 days at MK. I also want to avoid the kids being cranky and exhausted. I am staying at POFQ. On June 7 I have a reservation at Chef Mickeys at 7:10.

The first thing we need to know is what kind of tickets do you have? Then, we can start making some suggestions.

We will be there at the same time. I'll post our itinerary and maybe you can get some idea's from it.

Mon 6/7 check into Poly, lunch at Whispering Canyon over to MK stay for e-night.

Tue 6/8 MGM Breakfast-Poly lounge.....Lunch Prime Time.....Dinner
counter service hit Fantasmic at either showing (just depends on how we feel).

Wed 6/9 breakfast-Poly lounge.....Guys golfing, girls and kiddo's BB......Dinner-Chef Mickey's then Wishes Cruise. e-night for some of us--sleep for others, lol.

Thur 6/10 Epcot....Breakfast-poly lounge.....Lunch Garden Grill...
Illuminations cruise then Dinner at Ohana's

Fri 6/11 AK.....Breakfast Poly lounge.....lunch Pizzafari.....over to MGM about 5 for dinner at Sci Fi and probably Fantasmic if we didnt catch it the first time.

Sat--check out :( Breakfast Poly lounge....MK--counter service lunch as we sqeeze in our last favorites before we head home.

Our family doesnt really like to park hop so we usually hit one park a day.

Here is the info from Deb's site:

What is a Magic Kingdom E-Ride Night?

A Magic Kingdom E-Ride Night is a special after hours (hard-ticketed) event held on selected nights at the Magic Kingdom.

The great thing about a Magic Kingdom E-Ride Night is that ticket sales are very limited (rumors say about 5,000). (To put that in perspective, a slow day at the Magic Kingdom nets about 25,000 visitors.) The park will remain open 3 hours after its stated closing time for you to enjoy the E-Ticket Rides.

For $12.72 with tax per Adult per night, and $10.60 with tax per Child 3-9 per night, you will be able to enjoy the MK's E-Ticket attractions with super short waits.

What dates will Magic Kingdom E-Ride Nights be held?

What time are you guys leaving WDW the 11th?

Okay you could do something along these lines:

6/7 MK......dinner CM 7:10....back to MK for e-night

6/8 MGM......grab a lite breakfast or eat an early lunch at Sci Fi or Prime Time.........counter service dinner catch Fantasmic

6/9 Epcot.....L--Garden Grill or a WS restaurant......see Illuminations

6/10 AK....Lunch RFC.....leave park about 5 and go back to MK, Epcot or MGM.

6/11 leaving in am

We are going to stay at the POFQ beginning 06/06/04-06/13/04. Be sure and utilize fast passes and attending e night is a great way to ride the great rides at MK. Also be sure and take a break when you are tired. It is very easy to try and cram as much as you can in 4 days at Disney World but be sure and rest. Our last trip we went commando style for 3 days (early morn until late at night) and by the 4th day we were exhausted and just did not want to do anything. This year I have scheduled sleep in days as well as naps or rest by pool in the afternoons.
