Thanks to the advice I received from everyone I've booked AKL and BW for Christmas/New Year but I'm now booking another trip in May next year to celebrate my father's birthday, for this trip we're going to stay at a moderate and really like the look of CRS. I've been on to Steve's Unofficial site and have read about the Parlor Suites, does anyone have any further info on these? Is there 1 or 2 bathrooms, is the pull down queen bed in a separate room? Also, what would be the best area to stay in. Any help would be really appreciated.

Check out my web site on CSR. The link to Our Laughing Place has some other photos and info on the suites.

Yes the queen bed is in a seperate bedroom. Most (not all) of the suites are in Casitias building 1 and 3.

...also interested in knowing whether the CSR jr. suites have one or two bathrooms.....???

(We stayed here for XMas 1999 and loved it; we had two connecting rooms in the Ranchos, hence, 2 bathrooms)

Thanks for the info...Now if only I could get a SUPER DC rate...!!!!!!:bounce:

Now I'm confused! What's the difference between a junior suite and a parlor suite?

that a jr suite has an area off the bedroom that is a sitting area with a pull-out bed and a parlor suite has a separate room as a "living room"....anyone care to comment???
