Advice on Candlelight Processional

I would appreciate any feedback from those of you who have attended the 5pm Candlelight Processional in the past. I understand it isn't quite dark yet at that time. Is that a big disadvantage to enjoying the setting? I'm struggling with paying extra for the later times or not. Thank you.

I attended the 5:00 Candlelight Processional once and thoroughly enjoyed it. The sun had set enough that the candles, etc. showed up nicely. It didn't bother me in the least that it wasn't completely dark yet. Just my opinion.

I've also attended later times and enjoyed it just as much, but not necessarily more than the 5:00 one.

We always make a point to go to the later shows so that it would be completely dark.
I don't think doing the early show would be that bad though.

We do the 5pm show a lot too, it's just as nice as the others. The only drawback is not so much the 2 TS credits or the package expense, but having our main meal in the middle of the day. In the past we've preferred to eat late after the show, not early before it.

I chose the 6:45 show, but we are still eating earlier than normal. It's cool, though, we never do normal on vacation!

Honestly, the lighting and obviance in the later (darker) shows is better. The 5 pm show is certainly pretty but in order to get the "full" effect it needs to be dark. Not only do you have the candles but there is also nice lighting (green, purples, pinks, etc) that really accent themselves in the dark.
