Advice Needed? Want to surprise DH.

DH and I are leaving in 11 days for a 2 week trip. We have several meals planned with our ADR's in order. However, I wanted to surprise him with a special lunch that he would have no clue about.
DH will be 40 later this year and we planned to spend his birthday at WDW. However, we are expecting our first child only 8 weeks before and we didnt want to travel with a baby that young. So his birthday will now be in May.
So I plan to order a cake but want to make a special day for him that would be a surprise. (He deserves it we have lived on Pizza and pasta the last 2 months because of my food aversions)
We already are going to:
Dinner
Boma, Boatwrights, Marakkesh, Rose & Crown, Crystal Palace, Garden Grill & Brown Derby

I want to do something fun but romantic.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

First of all, congratulations on your new baby! How exciting for you! You both deserve a romantic lunch before your life is totally changed (but in a wonderful way!).
I think Le Cellier in Canada is a lovely place-the food is wonderful and we've always had great service-it's such a nice, cool place to sit and relax on a hot day-.Does the House of Blues in DD do lunch? They have a patio on the water-again the food and service was great-in fact, I'd go for dinner when the lights in the trees are lit-just ask for a patio table. Have fun!
