We have a Fleetwood Westlake and we really like it. A/C (a must for us), small fridge, 2 king beds, shower/toilet combo. We have used the shower a handful of times in an emergency (it's a pain) but otherwise we use the bathhouses - we do love having our own toilet.
We have to store ours outside. We keep a cover on it - but not tight because we like air to move around. We keep a container of damp rid. It's also not under any trees. The first year after we had gotten it, we had mold after we opened it - but this hasn't happened since we've kept it covered.
Oh, and invest in a set of popupgizmos - they will help with the heat on the bunk ends.
