Hi,

We've always booked our cruise time during the slow season.

Our kids were younger and there was always kids to play with at the kids club. Now we are approaching the teenage years.

From your past experience can you tell me how many high schoolers are on the cruise the first week in December? We want to go then, but want our kids to have others to hang around with. Any help you can give would be great!

What we do is participate in the cruise meets thread for our particular sailing date. That way our kids can make friends before going. It has laways turned out well. To answer your question, I am sure kids are always in abundance on DCL no matter the time of year.

We sailed the week after Thanksgiving the last two years. There were teens roaming the ship at all times. My DDs are 14 and 12 and had no problem finding friends.
