We will be stopping over in CA for 2 days on our way to Hawaii. We arrive at LAX at 11:58pm PST on March 6th. Our reservation at the Disneyland Hotel starts on March 7th. We plan on renting a car and driving on over to Disneyland once we arrive, but will need a hotel to crash for a few hours and much needed sleep. Since we are really only going to be there for 5 or 6 hours, we don't want to pay much. Just needs to been clean & safe. Any suggestions?

Anaheim Plaza, Alpine Inn, and HoJo's if their Entertainment Rate is availabe are all about $59-65.

The Motel 6 close-by is touted as being one of the better Motel 6s, and it has a VERY decent pricetag.

The other option is to use priceline...we got the Hilton for just about the same room cost as Motel 6 was going to be, when we had a late arrival and early move to PPH. BUT you have to research it, because otherwise you might end up ages away, or end up with a parking charge you weren't aware of. Our stay did involve a parking fee, but we knew about it b/c of the help received on betterbidding.com. I knew that the hotel being described was either a Hyatt or the Hilton, and was able to go to those sites and find the extra fees so there were no surprises.
