We will be having our 2nd family trip to WDW, only this time we are outnumbered! (DH,Me and will be at the time DD5,DD3,DS11mo)...Two years ago we went with our two toddlers and it was just simple math....one DD/per umbrella stroller/per adult...now it's a whole different story. What we have at home is one of those bulky strollers and when we go out, usually the baby sits or sleeps in one seat, while my daughters take turns with the other one...of course, first I need to let you know that none of my kids are stroller-fans and the only time they are content when they are strapped up in the stroller is when they are (A)sleeping, (B)tired or (c)distracted - and I'm sure there we'll have some fair amounts of A's, B's and C's in different combinations in the World...and that's why I'm trying to figure out how to do it...
I'm not even thinking about taking my bulky stroller with us, but I do have a single umbrella stroller that I can take...Should I invest in a double umbrella stroller, and take it also?....Should I take only the single stroller and then rent a double stroller in the parks? (that will add up to around $70...and I'm kind of in a budget :(...I've tried a front carrier with the baby a couple of weeks ago and I couldn't stand it for more than 30 min...baby being 20 lbs and I'm only 115 :scratchin ....this was with one from GRACO...How about buying a backcarrier for DH and taking my single stroller? Will the backcarrier be to difficult?
*sigh*...too many options...any moms that had this kind of situation? what did you do?
Thanks in advance....

P.S
How do you guys put a counter countdown on your posts? I want one too!!!

We are in the same situation, last year no biggy we were one on one, now we are out nubered!!! LOL Our kids are also the sames ages. We think it's just nuts to take or use 2 strollers, we dont' even like 1. My kids also never took to strollers mainly b/c i always carried/slinged them. What kinda carrier did you use? I am about your size 120, and my dd is 20lbs at 1 year now... There are so many carriers out there that will save you in lines, ect. We are taking a big bulky double stroller mainly b/c we want it for the storage space under neath, but also want the kids to be comfy (something the rentals don't offer IMO). We plan on ds5 to walk most of the time but don't expect him to the whole time at all, that's a lot of walking so we think that the 3y/o will do her share of walking and if by chance the two want to sit in the stroller at the same time then i'll be putting my youngest on my back or front in a carrier! There are many out there pouch styel (www.hotslings.com or www.kangarookorner.com ) then stuff like ring slings maya wraps are the most commen, and my all time fav and most comfy for carrier a heavy baby (www.kozycarrier.com ) these are by far not the only places that sell these types of carriers, there are TONS, i would find one that works for you and a good rescourse is www.thebabywearer.com!!! THT sorry to ramble, i just love baby carriers (have about 10 of them right now). LMK if you want some more info!

The moment as parents that you realize your days of man-to-man defense are behind you and you must now play the zone . . . :grouphug:

We, too, find ourselves in this situation for our upcoming trip -- they will be 4, 2 1/2 and 11 months.
