Ok I am excited as can be, going to US this summer. Found a home that is amazingly priced! And now I am kind of nervous because the payment seems to be needing to be sent over seas to England. I would think that a rental agent would come in to play here... please comments..opinions...first time renting a home for vacation. :confused3
Is this typical???

I think you need to get some references. It sounds too good to be true. You may want to check with the better business bureau as well.

Check out hotelkingdom.com[/url] they have vacation homes cheap.. Also they are based out of Orlando so if you do have a problem they are local.

dont be nervous, there are many british people who come over to Florida and buy a home and then rent it. We have rented twice before ( just got back from a house in Davenport) and some are better than others- LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

Just be sure that you can call or get intouch with someone and you should be fine- renting houses is big business in Florida.

Good luck!
