Advice for booking a large group?

We are going in September with extended family and so are a group of 12. Of course everyone wants the castle and BOG. Any advice for how to get these hard-to-get reservations with such a large group? We'd like to book at least one meal a day as a group.

At your 180 day mark, get up early and make your reservation for 12. If you can't get 12, then do 6 and 6 at the same time or within 5-10 minutes, or whatever shows. But I really think you will get 12!

We are going in May - we will be 11 people. My son took care of all the ADRs and had no problems right at the 180 mark - 7 am. Castle and BOG are hard to come by regardless but don't waste a minute and keep trying even after your time frame until you arrive. Good luck!
